Our Process
You will understand what sets us apart from the competition from our first consultation. Every event we execute comes with a high level of planning and attention to detail. We only work with the most talented performers, use the best equipment, and are in constant communication with you.
Consultation
We like to start out with a zoom meeting so we can be "face to face" (We can also do a call if you prefer) to discuss what's important to you and to see how we are a good fit. We use this session to answer any questions, introduce you to our planning app, understand your vision, and explore how we can best serve you.
Booking
We believe that every celebration is unique, therefore all of our packages can be customized. After our initial consultation, we will work up a proposal for your wedding date. Once you have signed your proposal, we will send you an invoice to place your $500.00 deposit.

planning
We want to leave nothing to chance. Once you have made some good progress on the planning app we will schedule your first in depth planning session where we will go over music, announcements, and the overall vibe you envision for the day. We like to plan your final session the week of your wedding, so we can review the music and timeline together and make sure we are 100% ready.

All the planning is done! The only thing you have left to do is enjoy your wedding day with your friends and family knowing we have everything under control.

Planning your wedding can be stressful, but we use make it easy with VIBO! VIBO is an app designed to make it as seamless as possible. VIBO allows you to arrange your timeline. It also syncs to Spotify and Apple Music which allows you and your guests to request your favorite songs giving you total control of your wedding soundtrack and timeline. VIBO is the perfect solution for any couple wanting a stress free experience.
professional sound system
We only use professional quality speakers and have the ability to scale our sound system to your venue requirements. We can do anything from a simple single reception system, to multi room, to multiple venue systems. Available in black or white.

We use professional quality microphones at all of our weddings, because we know how important it is for your guests to hear everything! Choose between handheld or lavalier microphones to suit your preferences, and enjoy a hassle-free, top-quality audio experience at your event. Available in wired or wireless.
DJ Booth
Aesthetics are just as important to us as sound quality and with our customizable options, we can tailor our DJ Booth to match the style and theme of your wedding perfectly.
COnsultations
We want make sure we leave nothing up to chance. That's why we schedule you two different meetings. We will have our initial meeting several months before your wedding to go over everything and make sure we are on the same page. Then, a few weeks before your event we like to schedule a walk through at the venue (ideally all vendors will be there) to finalize all the details and make sure we come ready to party!

Although we use professional grade equipment, we do more than just plug and play. Our Mobile Wedding DJ's are equipped with the most advanced technology and state-of-the-art equipment to custom tune the sound system to the room we will be playing in to delivering unmatched sound quality.
