Service Description
Includes: - Choice of Backdrop (17 available) - Online photo gallery - photo/gif/video - unlimited prints - custom artwork for home screen and prints - No travel fee within 20 miles of PDX Airport - Setup and Tear Down included Note: Props are not included and photo booth is unattended. Please inquire if you would like to at props or an attendant.








Cancellation Policy
1) Availability: Our photo booth is available on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your date, a signed contract and a $500 deposit are required at the time of booking. 2) Deposit: A $500 deposit is required to reserve your photo booth service. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to the total balance. If total balance is below $500, the total event price is the deposit. 3) Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Payments can be made via credit card, check, or bank transfer. 4) Late Payments: Any payments not received by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit. 5) Cancellation by Client: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund, minus the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. 6) Cancellation by Cascade Dreams: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness, emergencies), we will provide a full refund of any payments made. 7) Setup & Breakdown: We require at least 2 hour for setup before the event starts and 1 hour for breakdown afterward. Please ensure the venue allows adequate space and access for our team to set up and operate the photo booth. 8) Space Requirements: Our photo booth requires a space of at least 10' x 10' for setup, plus an electrical outlet within 10 feet of the booth. Please let us know if there are any restrictions at your venue. 9) Damage: The client is responsible for any damage caused to the photo booth or equipment by guests during the event. If damage occurs, the client will be charged for repairs or replacement. 10) Liability: Cascade Dreams is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur in the photo booth area. We encourage guests to follow all safety instructions provided by our team. 11) Add-ons: If you’d like to add any additional services (e.g., custom backdrops, extra hours, photo albums), please notify us at least 2 weeks before the event. Additional fees may apply. 11) By booking our photo booth services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this booking policy. Any changes to this agreement must be made in writing and approved by both parties.
